It's easily the most cohesive and well-rounded surfing game to hit the PlayStation 2 yet, and it's also a unique and enjoyable extreme sports game in its own right.
While far from perfect, it is easily the best surfing game on the market, but more importantly, it's also a fun game.

Surf's Up is based on the 2007 animated film of the same name, featuring surfing penguins and wacky hijinks.
